Cabo, Here We Come!

It’s officially takeoff day! 🥳 We’re at the airport, running on excitement, and we can’t stop smiling knowing we’ll see your face in the sunshine soon!

Before we all slip into full vacation mode, here are a few quick reminders to keep everyone glowing!

☀️ Sunscreen, sun hats, & aloe, no lobster looks before the big day. Our photography team said sunburns are not edit-out-able ~ and cameras tend to exaggerate redness. So lather up, rock a sunhat & keep it cool.

🍋 Hydrate lots and take your supplements. (vitamin C, zinc, magnesium etc.) Strong immune systems for the win. 👍️ 

💙 Pack Something BLUE, this is for the welcome party on October 21st! (See your itinerary for details).

👗 Don’t forget your wedding outfit : We know...obvious. But things can slip the mind.

🗒️ Download your Itinerary ~ all the details (meeting times, group meals, gatherings, and more are waiting for you there).

✈️ For flight issues contact your airline

🚕 If you have transfers, (Only if you booked your room through our website) The company is Amstar, 1 (800) 895-3000

• For transfer issues find the Amstar booth at the airport. Amstar reservations are arranged under a lead passenger. For efficiency, multiple wedding guests have been grouped together on the same transfers. This ensures a smooth and timely transportation experience for all travelers. If Amstar is unable to resolve it, text or call 833-696-2836.

• We have gotten word, the road to the resort is a little bumpy/windy, if you are sensitive to this and prone to car sickness. Please bring what you need to have a comfortable ride. Suggestions: ginger ale, ginger pills, water, fan…

🏩 For check-in issues, speak with the Front Desk Manager at the resort or text or call 833-696-2836.

• Please note that check-in time is 3PM, and if you arrive earlier, your room may not be available until then due to the heightened activity of the season. The concierge team will assist you with your luggage so that you can enjoy the resort until your room is ready.
