Just in: Important Wedding Reminders

Greetings!

Our big day is getting closer!

We felt it would be helpful and important (and exciting!) to share reminders to make sure you are all set too! 

📅 Room Reservations

• Our special room rate block releases on July 16, 2025 ~ make sure you book by then!

• Rooms must also be fully paid by July 17, 2025.

• It works out to about $206 per person/per day, covering ALL FOOD, DRINKS, AND ALL INCLUSIVE AMENITIES (for double occupancy).

 🌟 Stay with the Crew!

• We highly encourage staying at the resort ~ it’ll be super convenient for hanging out together!

• Important: We are extremely limited on day passes for guests staying off-resort. Extra passes cost additional fees. If staying off-resort, you’ll be limited to resort access only on the wedding day, and we'd love to spend as much time with you as possible.

• If this is your plan please let us know ASAP.
  
  🚐 Airport Transfers
  

• Booking your room through our website includes complimentary airport transfers (roundtrip!). Easy peasy!

📝 Cancellation Policy

• After July 16, cancellations up to August 15 incur a 30% penalty unless you have travel insurance.

• Cancellations after August 16 are non-refundable. To stay worry-free, we recommend getting travel insurance. Life happens ~ we totally get it!

💸 Cost Reminder

We’re staying for a full week (October 19-26)!  There is a  3-night minimum at the resort.

Reminder!

🥂 Party Like a Pair-a-dise! We couldn’t resist a little pre-wedding celebration! Join us on October 20th at the resort in Cabo. It’s our welcome party meets bachelor/bachelorette remix ~ nothing too wild, just sunset sips, belly laughs, and a splash of celebration to kick off the week! Totally optional, but highly recommended. 💃🕺 More details soon!
